The service is provided for informational and operational purposes only. SBS Workflow Pro does not provide legal, financial or accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals where necessary.

3. Data and user responsibility

You retain ownership of your data. However, you acknowledge that software systems may experience downtime, bugs, or data loss.

• You are solely responsible for backing up your data
• We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption

4. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

• We may modify features
• We may add or remove functionality
• We may suspend or terminate access at any time

5. Payment and billing

If applicable, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBS Workflow Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
